California Children's Services (CCS)
Specialized case management and medical care for children with eligible
physically handicapping conditions; school-based physical and occupational
therapy services for eligible children. Children are referred by health
care providers for eligibility determination, authorization and coordination
of service benefits, and care planning.

Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP)
State program providing resources for children (up to age 21) living

WIC Program
Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children
Provides food vouchers, nutrition education breastfeeding support and
referral for health care to eligible women and children. Pregnant, breastfeeding
and postpartum women of all ages, infants and children to age 5 are referred
