Administration


The Administration departments support these major functions:

  • Department Management ‐ Oversees budget development and management, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, facilities management and personnel services.
  • Health Statistics and Reporting (Epidemiology) ‐ Assesses the health status and trends of the community by providing statistical analysis, GIS mapping, and evaluation support to all public health programs.
  • Information Systems ‐ Manages and coordinates system support, maintenance, and application development for all Public Health programs.
  • Vital Events Registration (births and deaths) ‐ Registers births and deaths which occur in San Joaquin County, issues burial permits and provides certified copies of birth and death certificates.
