Immunizations (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult) - Immunization clinic provides these services to the community:

  • Seasonal influenza immunizations.
  • Fee-for-service Medi-Cal and Health Plan of San Joaquin accepted for children’s immunizations.
  • Low - cost vaccinations are provided only for adults and children without health insurance or with health insurance that does not cover the cost of vaccines. Fully insured individuals should visit their doctor to get vaccinated.
  • Some adult vaccines are available at PHS clinics on a self-pay basis.

Travel Immunizations - Provision of vaccines to persons traveling overseas at least six (6) weeks prior to travel are by Thursday appointment only. Vaccines include Japanese Encephalitis, Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A, polio, meningococcal meningitis, MMR and rabies. Travel consultation and immunizations must be paid by cash, credit or debit. Please complete the Pre-Travel Assessment Form and bring it to your clinic visit. The fee for travel consultations is $45.00 and $10.00 for each additional person in your family or group. There will also be fees added for the specific immunizations that are administered. *PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS A NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE OF YELLOW FEVER VACCINE (YFV). Due to our limited supply it is necessary to give all the doses (5) once a vial is opened. You may be asked to return on a day when 5 travelers require YFV. If your travels include YFV please make your appointment for a travel consultation as early as possible to ensure vaccine availability, call 209-468-3850.
